I use this to warm up my rotator cuff ligaments. Great to burn out after sets and stretch. Works great. Highly recommended.

I wish it had come with some more instructional exercises, there is a book. There aren't many videos or exercises on the Internet for this type of band. I like this kind mor than the handled kind, they are stronger. It is just a giant rubber band. Thie green go fit band is heavy size for me, I would like to start with something lighter and work my way up to this medium strength size. Buy a door attachment separately.

This is my second Go-Fit band purchase,Mandy I'm very pleased with it. High quality, good instruction materials, and very good workout tool. Also, the guide assigning the equivalent weights for each thickness of the band seems to be right on target.

I've been using the red band (one size lighter than this blue band) but decided it was time to increase the resistance. The blue band is a good step up and much more challenging than the red band. It's quite a bit wider so hand grip can be challenging on some exercises because this band really pulls back on your hands. Just something to think about if you don't have big hands. I'd say mine are average for an adult male. The quality of these bands is very high, very thick strong rubber. I never had any problem with the red band so don't expect any with this one. They're on the expensive side but worth it to me.

This product emits a chemical odor. Is this normal?Contacted the company, odor will dissipate over time. really appreciated the very timely response. Product works great.

True to advertisement, this is great for stretching, working out and mobility work. Good addition to the smaller band I have.
