Love the way of mapping

This vacuum works amazing! I have 3 cats and it picks up almost all hair in 1 run and I don’t have to use the handheld vacuum to clean the floor any more. I setup 2 schedules, one in the morning after I left home for work and one after dinner. Super enjoy the clean floor now!
The best thing of it must be the mapping function. It scanned my house and saved an accurate map, and after that map was divided into different rooms automatically! I added a no go zone in bathroom and no mop zones for carpets to after contacted customer care team(I did not realize before lol ).

The best vacuum cleaner

The vacuum came a day earlier than expected and was packaged very well. There was hardly anything to assemble and the app was installed very quickly, so I could start the test run. I have to say that it is my first vacuum robot and I chose this vacuum cleaner because of the good reviews and the high suction power (4200Pa). Actually, I didn't want to spend that much on my cleaning help, but then I decided on roborock. And so far I'm really excited. It even gets the very fine dust out of the carpet. I didn't expect that, because before I tested it, I had only vacuumed the day before. So all in all it's a great device and I hope I'll enjoy it for a long time.

The microfiber mop improved and reusable

The microfiber mop also improved and reusable. I am lazy so I ususally wash it in the washing machine at 40 degrees after each mopping trip.

After more than a month of research on YouTube, I bought this vacuum robot. Since this is my first vacuum robot, I can't say anything in comparison. I'm very satisfied! The app is easy to understand and the suction and mopping performance is perfect. We have tiles and laminate throughout the house, it has done a good job!!

Love my new Q7 Max!!! I have two short hair cats in my house and it can easily lifts debris and pet hair from floors with good suction.

Dust disappeared

My house is located near the roadside, there is a lot of dust every day. Gosh what a heavy task for me to clean the whole house alone, especially the dirt under the bed. Thanks to the Roborock Q7 Max robot, it is really a helpful tool to free my hands. After the map creation, the robot could clean the house without manual instruction. It does amazing cleaning job, sucks a lot of dust. I like to use zone cleaning the most, which is very convenient and smart. I will keep watch the performance of it, hope no regret here.

The Robot itself is awesome. It's an amazing example of technology at work. It has done a great job of mapping our residence and accurately negotiates all potential interference objects. It was easy to start-up and connect to wi-fi, and records it’s work history. It maps the house and updates it every time it runs, making it that much more accurate. Suction is great, runs smoothly, not too loud. I found that this model is compatible with auto-empty dock pure, I will try that dock too!

Best purchase in YEARS!

Arrived quickly and works better than I could have hoped. Incredibly powerful robot vacuum with really handy mapping options, including multiple floor support and ability to label and define rooms, and you can send it where you want it through an app on your phone. The improved suction is noticeable but quiet. It gets under beds and under tables and transitions from hardwood floor to carpet to tile without any problems, and it’s picking up animal hair nicely. You can choose the suction power and mopping intensity in the app, and it detects when it's on carpet so it will only vacuum. Maintenance is very easy, although I recommend buying extra mops and filters if you use it every day. Everything is as what was expected, it has now become essential in our home. I like it because it makes my life easier and I can't wait to recommend it to my friends!
