good product yet there's still room for improvement

Basically satisified with the robot. Pros: precise navigation like other lidar robots in the roborock family. It maps nicely, and you can choose a full house mapping or quick mapping. Strong suction with rubber brushes. It turns out that the rubber roller is one of the biggest advantages of the robot vacuum. Even longer hairs do not get tangled. Mopping is good. Some of my rooms are wooden and others are tiles. I can customize the water for each room.
Cons: The robot doesn't clean very well in corners. After cleaning, there's still some dirt left in the corners. Anyway, this may probably be a challenge for all robot vacuums.

Super easy to set up and program. This machine is quiet, efficient, well priced and a huge time saver. Dogs inside more often despite allergies, as the Roborock does all the hard work. Very happy customer.

At first, I bought the Q5 and returned it, thinking the other brands were better than Roborock. However, after purchasing multiple robots from different brands, I realized Roborock has the best lidar technology, and the app is more convenient than other brands. And I love the features that roborock offers. I live in a vast house, and the q7 max does the job and makes me and my wife happy. I am delighted with my purchase.

Totally worth it!

I have a baby so I don't have much time to clean my house. My husband want to free my hand and he gave me this robot as a gift on my birthday. I'm super satisfied with the little helper, it saves me! The Roborock app is super easy to use and very functional. I map my house first within about 20 minutes then I set different vacuum and mop for each room and let it go, the robot did a wonderful job. Now i set a schedule and the robot will start cleaning by itself according to the setting, love it very much! I also recommend it to my friends and they are going to get one!

I have been using the S5 Max flawless for about 3 years. Based on my research online, I decided to try this one. Because it is like an upgrade model of the S5 Max to some extent. Compared with my previous S5 Max, this model has a larger water tank, which could mop for a relatively longer time. Also, it has a greater suction power. Most importantly, I love the upgraded software feature, like 3D mapping, mopping route and quick mapping, especially the quick mapping feature. For an apartment of a total area of 800 square feet, I just need to spend 14-18 minutes to finish the map creation.
