A great machine.

The suction is great and will pick up any surface. The mapping function combined with the phone app is incredibly convenient. You can start cleaning the floor from everywhere. If you know you'll have an unexpected guest, you don't have to rush home to get your carpet looking freshly cleaned.
It fills the dust bin every time you run it. Even if it's every day. We have an area of about 2,600sq ft where we use it regularly. It saves a lot of time and I couldn't be more pleased. With 2 cats coming in and out of the house, I don't know if I'll ever be without this vacuum cleaner again. It makes my family life very easy and keeps our house clean all the time!

Best gift for my mom

I bought a Q7 max as birthday gift for my mom and she loves It more than the new tablet that my bro gifted to her. To my surprise, the unit was shipped in one day, and fortunately delivered 2 days before mom’s birthday. Took it to parents’ home and helped to program as they do not use smart phones much.
Mapped 2 floors without any problem and divide rooms, add no go zone, etc. The only trouble I have had with it is to get it paired with Alexa. Alexa did not find the robot and does not respond when I told it to start the vacuum. After 30 minutes searching and googling, I figured it and found it must be same account that robot was paired with. I believe I’m not the only one that is so stupid, lol.

Makes life easier

I have had the Roborock Q7max for more than one month. With 2 dogs in the house I have this robot cleaning every day. I love the fact that I can schedule the cleaning. And set cleaning sequence for rooms in routines. This thing is extremely methodical. It moves in a logical pattern. Divides the floorplan into several zones and then clean one by one. Not even a corner is left! All can be seen on the map. Although the working noise is a bit annoying, I still give it 5 stars due to its merits.

Best room service

I shared the robot with my roomies, they fell in love with “Cute” 7 Max immediately. The room cleaning is the best part we love. Compared to full house cleaning, it is much convenient for us to request room cleanings by turns. We could set multiple cleaning circles so as to have a new look of the room in a very short time. The robot created a precise map of our house, and divided our rooms automatically. And even we could re-merge or re-split the layout. When my roommates need room service, they will shoot me the message. Then I do some clicks on the Roborock App to start the room cleaning. Once mission finished, “Cute” 7 Max went back to the charging dock freely. What an obedient robot!

Five Starts!

Wow this is the best robot vacuum I have tried yet! It completely mapped the entire house in it's first pass after just a couple hours of charging. What an amazing battery capacity! The app was super easy to set up. It's first time cleaning the house, it didn't miss a spot and SO EASILY climbed up and down area rugs, floor mats, and even a door threshold into another room. I am SO IMPRESSED with this robot vac so far! And I'm super excited that I can have it clean just certain rooms, or zones, or set up no go zones all in the app.

I'm a prouder owner of Q7Max, and I really love it! I've been using this robot for several weeks and I believe it's the best electronic devices I've ever chosen.
So first impresssion: It's nicely built, and easy to set up. I put it in my new house with laminate flooring. It fits perfectly with my new decoration. After the first few runs, the dustbin gets almost full and I cannot imagine it would accumulate so much dirt on the new house. Have to say the suction is pretty powerful! Mopping is good too and you can tailor the water release according to floor material. Basically I set up schedules so the robot will clean every few days a week, and I don't need to clean my floor any more!

Impressive vacuum! Great helper!

This vacuum is a great helper! It’s easy to adjust the vacuuming and mopping mode in the app, set up the map with quick mapping, then the robot starts it’s job.The suction is powerful, it does a good job and works well with pet’s hair from floor to carpet in my house. The connected water tank and dust bin seems really smart, which reminds me adding water when empty the dust bin, that saves me a lot of work. Child lock is safe for my little baby, she’s so interested in the moving robot! Very happy with the coverage and cleaning so far, I’d like to recommend to my friends!

Come home to a clean house

I'm a nurse and super busy so I needed help with the house. Very pleased with the mapping and how much it covers. My old Robot would bang around the house and occasionally I would find it stuck behind a chair when I woke up in the morning. This one is also much quieter and Love that it can mop as well. This one navigates obstacles and works efficiently to cover more territory. Phone notification and mapping is awesome.
