Vacuum is mostly ok, decent suction. Mop - probably not worth it.
Issues with software:
- doesn't support WiFi passwords with special characters, luckily had a second network that was easy to dumb down the password for it to connect without affecting other devices.
- lost network setup and became unreachable after 2 weeks and had to reregister. Hope it doesn't happen again.

At first, I bought the Q5 and returned it, thinking the other brands were better than Roborock. However, after purchasing multiple robots from different brands, I realized Roborock has the best lidar technology, and the app is more convenient than other brands. And I love the features that roborock offers. I live in a vast house, and the q7 max does the job and makes me and my wife happy. I am delighted with my purchase.
