For its reliability and reputation, I knew I wanted a KitchenAid to help me on my quest for the perfect smoothie. This blender is easy to operate, no set-up required, and, man, does it do the job! A very happy customer! P.S. It matches my KitchenAid mixer! 😉

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I've had the Kitchen Aid K150 blender for about a month now and have been using it nearly daily. Makes butter cream dream smoothies with no effort. Quiet, lots of power, large capacity container, and a breeze to clean!

Love This Blender!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have had terrible luck with blenders. I've had everything from Hamilton Beach to Cuisinart. No have ever stood up to what I felt a blender should do. Admittedly, I may have been tough on them because I like to make smoothies and drinks that require chopped ice. I am very happy with this blender. It has a nice sturdy base. I have given it 4 stars (I was close to giving it 5) for 2 reasons. First, I make smoothies with frozen fruit instead of ice. I find that I need to stop the machine frequently to stir things up as the blade gets jammed. The second reason is something that was disclosed before my purchase but I didn't think it would matter and that is that it has 3 speeds. I would prefer the machine have multiple settings for puree, chopping, etc., more like a traditional blender. Overall, I am very happy with this blender and expect to be using it for a very long time.
