The blade start rusted

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I was so excited for my new blender, I love the beautiful red color, the shape, isn't noise and the pitcher have a good size; until I start seeing RUST on the blade.
I have only 2 months with the blender, don't use it to much and I wash the pitcher as soon as I finish using it. And now I need to buy a new pitcher, because isn't safe use it as is.
I'm disappointed, because is no a cheap brand.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE!

Worst customer service ever!! I've been trying to reach customer service for a week, but I can't find a contact person. I tried to reach them via chat and phone but no one answered. I just need a return label, please get in touch with me if you see this review!! I want you to know that when you order any product from Kitchenaid, it will be very difficult to contact customer service.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Bought this in July and the motor died out already- we don’t use it very often and it was blending PB, honey and pitted dates when it broke

Not so great..

When I first got this blender it worked great. I rarely used it. Recently pulled it out to use and it would not turn on. No sound or anything. I tried multiple outlets hoping that was the cause, but no luck. This blender is too expensive to quit after only a year or so use. Very disappointed.
