Beautiful piece but some of the directions don't make sense, and get ready to constantly ruin parts of the build over and over again as you build other parts. The sequencing of the instructions could have been different and it would have made it much less frustrating.

I was excited to see some adult Christmas builds and ordered all of them. This is the first one I completed and I hope the others are better. This set seemed poorly designed- the plants were very difficult to place and it was nearly impossible to do so without knocking other parts off. The berries and white flowers randomly drop off, the bow is oddly placed and designed. The flame is ridiculously small and also falls off regularly. It would have been nicer with a large flame that actually lit up. This set was not as bad as the Advent Wreath which I could never get to stay together and got so tired of rebuilding that it now just stays in the box all year but all the very very small pieces that need to be placed in very very small areas are making a lot of the newer sets much less enjoyable to put together for us older folks.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
