Horrible design. Entire top half opens to brew!

So clunky. The entire top half of the machine lifts up and you have to push down with all your might to close it, then lean on it with one arm to move the lever to “lock” to actually get the coffee brewed. It is also incredibly loud. I’m honestly shocked with all the fine star reviews. I had a larger Nespresso with the easily open / close (semi automatic open close) small top where just the capsule area top opens/closes. Ok this pop+ machine legit the entire top half has to open - such a horrible design. Spend the extra $ and go up a size so you can get a machine that is easier to use and not so clunky. Returning.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I am a long time Nespresso buyer/user. I bought this for my son-in-law because it was the least expensive. These machines have become incredibly expensive and their bonus offers really are not very good...they offer you something you don't want for buying more sleeves than you will consume in six months. The coffee, especially the expresso, is out of this world, though.

Not easy to find capsules in stores I bought some in Barcelona Spain we should have stores like that here in Indio Ca
Anyway we can order and I love all the flavors

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have had my Vertup Pop Plus for a month now and have absolutely LOVED making a cup of iced coffee every day since bringing it home from the store. I had previous coffee machines before but always stopped using it because I was dissatisfied with the taste and quality. I can confidently say that I will continue using my Vertuo Pop for a long time and look forward to trying more coffee flavors. It is extremely easy to use!
