i bought the machine on September on November it was broken I cleaned it descaling nespresso solution it but it s dead.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Just terrible

Have had this since November (2 Months) It is too loud, keeps going red , leaks coffee through back and not making coffee.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Great for marriage health

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The daughter got a Nespresso for her apartment. My wife watched as a roommate made a cup. It looked and smelled wonderful. We then visited the Nespresso store and purchased a unit. I’ve been making my better half soy lattes with it ever since. She is so happy.

Great coffee, but...

(Vertuo Pop+) Returned after one month because: #1 The coffee temperature was barely warm, thus I had to heat it up in the microwave, every time. Background; Most coffee shop brews are too hot for me. A typical Starbucks coffee I have to let sit for a few minutes with the lid off, to cool to a comfortable temp for me. This machine produces great coffee but at a temperature that is only warm. I've read other reviews that have stated this also. #2 It's so loud! And vibrates on the counter! #3 The slide mechanism that empties the used pod into the bin stopped working after only a few uses. Not a big deal, but it's something. It does brew great tasting coffee, but if you like it on the hotter side, the machine I got didn't make it that way.
After some research, I purchased the VertuoPlus ( Breville, rounded top), and what a difference. The temp is more on the hotter side, I could even let it sit for a minute for the temp to calm down a little for me. And it's much quieter, just a pleasant humm. The water tank is larger, and can be moved to either side or behind the machine. The one touch electric opening and closing is a bonus, and the pod disposal slide is working fine. I think this one is a keeper and I hope it lasts for years.

Honestly, my favorite coffee machine I’ve ever bought not to mention I got it on sale for Fourth of July but needs to say I would’ve spent the money on it. Either way comes in so many colors. It’s such a great small machine does everything it needs to do I love it.

Misleading Comparison Tool

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I’m a bit disappointed and confused. I did the machine comparison tool on the website and chose this Vertuo Pop+ because according to the tool it could do carafe brews. Then I get the machine and it says not compatible. Very misleading but I also liked the style and the Bluetooth features. I have a Vertuo Deluxe (or whichever it is that’s more expensive) and honestly don’t understand how a more expensive model didn’t do Bluetooth or carafe pours so that was my driving force for the pop +. Again. Disappointing and I guess I’m keeping both. :-/

Design flaw

I can't speak for the use of the machine since I didn't actually use it, but the design is super flawed. The distance between where you would put a mug and where the coffee comes out is comically short. This machine can brew a 12oz pod, and there is no way you could fit a mug that would hold 12oz of liquid even if you remove the mug rest. You definitely can't place a travel mug there. I returned it without using it because of this.
