[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I've had this for a few weeks, and I love it. I can make espresso drinks or traditional cups of coffee. It's quick and easy. At first I didn't know if I'd like not being able to choose the cup size myself, but it actually makes it even simpler. I like that the pods go into a collection area to be dumped into the recycling bag later. There are so many different coffee options, too!

Much too LOUD

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I am happy with the coffee output but I am very dissatisfied with the loudness of the machine. I make coffee while the rest of the household is asleep. The excessive machine noise permeates the entire house in the quiet early hours.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This was a gift for our daughter who is off to college. It's a fun and easy way for her to enjoy a warm drink. Pros: Easy to operate and she LOVED the color! Cons: Not too sure about the cost of pods. Pricey for college students and single use hurts my heart for the environment. Overall, for the fun and convenience factor I'd still buy it. We shall see how much she uses it.
