Misleading Comparison Tool

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I’m a bit disappointed and confused. I did the machine comparison tool on the website and chose this Vertuo Pop+ because according to the tool it could do carafe brews. Then I get the machine and it says not compatible. Very misleading but I also liked the style and the Bluetooth features. I have a Vertuo Deluxe (or whichever it is that’s more expensive) and honestly don’t understand how a more expensive model didn’t do Bluetooth or carafe pours so that was my driving force for the pop +. Again. Disappointing and I guess I’m keeping both. :-/
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

The Vertuo Pop+ machine brews espresso to an 18 oz carafe size, including everything in between, Double Espresso, Gran Lungo, full cup of coffee, and 12 oz Alto capsules. Most of our machines come with at least a one-year warranty and a lifetime of troubleshooting, via our toll-free number 800-562-1465. We recommend calling in to speak with a Machine Expert at a time that is convenient for you. We are available 24 hours a day and 7 days a week for your convenience.

Love the coffee and that Nespresso recycled pods.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have had my Nespresso machine for about 3 years and love it! I got this machine for my daughter and she loves the flavor the machine yields! She has bought me Vertuo coffee pods for years and now she can shop for herself as well!

Great Coffee

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Brought this for home use since I had purchased the Vertuo Plus for work and loved it. Pop is great but if looking to buy I would recommend the Vertuo Plus. Both are great just like the Plus more!!!
