Thank you for your review, Eran. We understand you have a small amount of water residue that brews into your cup when you brew a capsule in your Vertuo Pop machine. When you brew a capsule, we recommend releasing the used capsule into the used capsule chamber immediately after the capsule is brewed. You may see some residual water in the chalice after you brew your capsule. When you brew a capsule, your machine reads the barcode, fills with water, to then brew coffee. You may see water come through your capsule initially before coffee is dispensed which is from the new capsule. Your machine comes with a one-year warranty and a lifetime of troubleshooting via our toll-free number 800-562-1465. Worth Every Penny!
