UP Machine -???

I have had many different Nespresso coffee makers thru the years ,but not sure about UP. the 1st UP machine i purchased did not work out of the box had to return it. i just received my new UP machine . It feels and looks very cheapy . The drawer where the used pods go makes a mess ,not sure why the used pods are swimming in coffee water and i have been trying to set up the Bluetooth connection but i cannot get it to link -come on Nespresso you can do better
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Regrettable purchase

I deeply regret swapping my original Nespresso VertuoPlus for the Pop. I mainly did the swap because the original didn't make 12oz coffee and I was spending too much using 2 7oz pods to make a big cup of coffee. This machine is literally 2 week old and it has twice move my mug due to vibration and all my coffee has ended up on my kitchen counters. The design is not friendly. The pod compartment is super small so you have to empty constantly. The water tank is also small, so you will need to refill often.But the most important part is that this machine makes 12oz pods, but you can't put a 12oz mug or tumbler because there's no space for it. I have to use a regular 12oz mug, brew my coffee, and then swap to my tumbler. A non-issue with the OG Vertuo. I do understand that this machine was possibly desgined for college students, small spaces, etc...but it is not a great design. I wished I kept my OG Vertuo ( I sold it to get this one).

Easy to use
