[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I got the Nespresso Vertuo Pop in Black and Gold for my office and love it. It looks really nice on my desk and fits the space perfectly. Setup was quick and easy. The coffee tastes so good and is way better than what I was drinking before.

Why Did I Wait So Long?

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] A perfect cup of coffee IS possible at home. I put off getting a Nespresso machine for far too long. Easy to order, quick to arrive, simple to use. I highly recommend making the change to Nespresso. You will not regret it.

My husband bought the Vertuo Pop+ for my birthday gift. The setup instructions were easy to follow & easy to learn. It's a compact machine that packs a mighty punch. I have had to limit myself to 2 cups a day, but it could keep up with several users. I look forward to my espressos & pass on the coffee shops now!

Best Pod system on the market

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I had my eye on a Nespresso machine for a while and finally bought one. I am super impressed! Every single pod I have tried, I have loved. It makes fantastic espresso and is very easy to use. My only complaint (and its not even a big one) is the machine is a bit loud. But beyond that, I’m very happy with my machine and all of the beverages Ive made so far!
I would recommend this to a friend!

Terrible Product

I purchased a Nespresso Vertuo Up expecting it to work like the one in the store. Tried to use the 1st time cleaning before making a coffee but instead, water pulls from the tank and dumps into the interior of the machine rather than out of the front spout. VERY frustrating. No coffee is produced. I also tried with a coffee capsule with the same results. The lever locks fully, the pod is seated correctly, and there are no error lights — the machine simply fails to do the one thing it’s designed to do, make a cup of coffee For a machine at this price point, this is unacceptable. I've heard good things about the coffee maker (first time to try the Nespresso brand) and had a good cup while in store but I will be returning and trying a different brand.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
