Nice machine with some drawbacks

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The versatility this machine offers is great but it is quite a bit louder than our previous vertuo machine and it seems to dilute the coffee down a bit more so the bold nespresso flavor we're used to isn't quite there. Also the machine is more cheaply manufactured which can be felt in the flimsy water reservoir and floating tray (now made of plastic).
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Awesome machine for the price!

I’ve had this product for two days and it’s truly wonderful! It’s a simple machine with complex performance. I highly recommend it! It makes a stellar espresso and regular coffee!
On the downside, though, some of the instructions are a little difficult, even with videos.… Or perhaps it’s just me…
I love that there’s an app that ties into your machine through Bluetooth.
Perhaps at some point, the cost of the pods will be reduced. Just a tad pricey.

Obsessed with my Nespresso Vertuo Pop in Black Metal Grey! Its compact enough to fit on any kitchen counter without taking over your kitchen, and the coffee quality is seriously impressive for a pod machine. I love how fast it heats up in the morning! 10/10

Great for looks and functionality, superior taste

Love my pop plus. Is it small enough to fit in my small-ish kitchen but big enough to make multiple cups at once. The color is super cute and fits in my kitchen perfectly. I’ve had it since August 25 and it is still functioning well, it’s a little loud but not a problem for me. Easy to clean and put together. Only one button so it can be just a little confusing at first but easy to remember controls. Heats very quickly. Nothing is better than a good shot of espresso at home :)
