My last nespresso machine, the virtuo, just died after 7 years. I opted for this one because if the price difference. It does the job but, IT IS SO LOUD. it sounds like a plain is taking off and I don't understand how something so small can make so much noise. I'm sad.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This Nespresso machine is so easy to use and makes really good coffee/espresso. All you have to do is pop the pod in and let it do its thing. Also I love the way this machine looks.
