First one died. After lengthy discussions with Nespresso they replaced the machine. The new replacement machine lasted barely two months. It has completely died too. Such poor design and/or quality. Not worth the money, time, trouble. Too bad, because coffee was decent.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

I hate how messy this machine is

Our previous standard Vertuo machine died in July, so we “upgraded” to the new Up. The machine is beautiful, and it brews code well, but it is terribly messy. The container that collects the used capsules fills with old coffee liquid after the brewing process, and if you don’t empty the used pods quickly, the liquid molds inside the container. Our old Vertuo Plus never had an issue with accumulating liquid, so I don’t know why there’s so much extra liquid in this new machine. It even makes it difficult to empty the pods into the recycling bag because I end up dripping liquid all over the kitchen while trying to coordinate the movements. I gave the review a 2 because the coffee is still good, but the whole experience is ruined for me.

I have enjoyed using the Nespresso Vertuo Pop machine. The compact design is perfect for my kitchen and the black finish looks really stylish and modern making it fit in well regardless of your kitchen design . It also doesn't take up too much space.
It’s incredibly easy to use, and I love how quickly I can make a great tasting coffee with minimal effort. The Vertuo system gives the coffee a lovely aroma and rich, smooth taste, with a really satisfying crema on top.
I also really like the versatility of being able to choose different coffee sizes depending on what I fancy. It’s become such a convenient part of my morning routine and then throughout the day when required .
Overall, I’m really impressed with the Vertuo Pop. It looks great, is simple to use and makes delicious coffee every time. Definitely recommend it to others and the price is fair too
