[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I’ve had my pop for a little over a month now! I love the cold brew option and variety of espresso. It’s been working great and would buy again if I had to! Very compact which is nice for limited counter space.

We recommend running a priming cycle once a week through your machine, to assist with keeping the taste, texture, body, and aroma in each brew. We also recommend descaling your machine every three months or 300 capsules, whichever comes first. If you need assistance with your Vertuo Pop Plus, please do not hesitate to contact us through our toll-free number, 800-562-1465. Each machine comes with at least a one-year warranty and lifetime troubleshooting assistance.
