Great coffee! Easy to use.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I've been trying out the different cover flavors and styles, and they're all great! While I've mostly made regular cups of coffee, I've also been learning how to make espresso drinks using the Vertuo Pop Plus. I drink a lot of coffee, so the deluxe was essential, as it has the larger water reservoir.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Liked the coffee and the compact size. But the machine stopped working after three month. Cleaning and descaling did not help. The Nespresso Help Line was not very helpful either. DO NOT buy this machine, You will be disappointed.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this machine three weeks and can’t imagine how I managed without it all this time!
It has upped my coffee game to another level! I am thoroughly enjoying my morning brew and I have decaf to wind down in the evening.
The neat trick of turning any size coffee pod to a doppio is phenomenal! I have a lot of lungo sized coffee and now I have doppio shots which instantly helps me to get ready for gym faster.

Our Vertuo Plus started the famous dreaded Nespresso Coffee Leak, staining our countertop over time. Nespresso only offered a 35% discount on older Vertuo machines. We opted for a full price Vertuo Pop to get more counter space, and it came earlier this week. Not even a week later the new Vertuo Pop starts with the famous Nespresso Coffee Leak from the machine bottom. Not sure if this is a lemon of a machine or just "what to expect" these days. We've poured a lot of money into Nespresso coffee over the years, have bought four machines between my spouse and I, and we are concerned. At least Nespresso let us return this product because it's not even a week old, but please address the descending quality of these newer machines.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Purchased over a month ago and definitely is a game changer. The quickness and ease make it a must before taking the kiddos to school. The assortment of espresso are rich, smooth, and flavorful.
