Bad, water accumulate in capsules holder.

I bought it on August, 2024. Bad. Leaking capsules holder and mold and bacteria accumulate in it. Ew...
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Thank you for your review, Swang. We understand your chalice collects water and you’ve experienced mold forming in areas of your machine. As part of your machine maintenance, we recommend flushing water through your machine without a capsule using the first-time use steps, at least once a week. This helps flush away any coffee granule buildup from the head of your machine. We also recommend releasing the used capsule into the used capsule chamber immediately after your capsule is brewed, use a damp sponge to wipe away any coffee residue from the rim and chalice, and empty the used capsule container a few times a week. We’re pleased to see you received assistance from one of our machine experts. Doesn't last long

Worked well, but the longevity is lacking. Used daily for 2 yrs. While only using distilled water and performing regular cleaning, it died. Coffee oozing out the bottom and constant error lights. Going back to kuerig

Great convenience and value!

For the price point, you cannot go wrong with the Pop+. I’ve been wanting a nespresso for awhile but didn’t want to invest the money nor the counter space. The pop took care of both those concerns. I can make my blonde double espresso, which tastes just like my coffee order (!), at home without having to drive 20 minutes to the closest Starbucks! So happy!!!

Difficult to operate.

The open/close latch is extremely difficult to operate. I now have a sprained thumb. Is this a design flaw or did I purchase a damaged machine?

Leakage after two weeks!

I wanted to like this machine so bad, but it only worked fine just for the first two weeks. Everytime, I ran the water for cleaning, there would be continuous leakage. I called Nespresso and they are replacing it but I don’t think it’s normal that this happened when the machine is only two weeks old…

No hot coffee to enjoy.

Received as a gift from my daughter so I am forced to use it. I still have my Mocha Master which makes super-hot, enjoyable coffee. The Nespresso only makes slightly hot cup coffee which forces me to drink the coffee quickly before it cools off. No chance to enjoy the coffee. My wife adds milk so she must microwave the coffee to get it hot. I did write a review but never heard back. What is the temperature of the coffee coming out of the Nespresso supposed to be?

Not as good as other machines

Not good. I have the vertigo plus and it's great. This machine is nowhere near as good. Also, returns are so I suggest not buying from the main website.
