Great Christmas Present!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My husband and I bought the Vertuo Pop as an early Christmas present to ourselves after visiting a Nespresso store and comparing it to a few other options. We also got a milk frother. The two combined make such good at home lattes and cappuccinos that I’ve been able to kick my daily coffee shop habit and we also decided to spread the love, buying one for for each of our parents this year. Wish I hadn’t waited so long to try!

Makes a perfect gift!

Thanks for your review, Jocy. We’re dismayed to learn that your grandmother is having difficulty turning the lever on the Vertuo Pop+ machine you gifted her. We recommend pressing the head of the machine down while sliding the lever over to lock and unlock the head of the machine. If sliding the lever continues to be an issue, please have your grandmother call our toll-free number 800-562-1465 to speak with a machine expert. The Vertuo Pop+ machine comes with a one-year warranty and a lifetime of troubleshooting. If troubleshooting is unsuccessful, we have repair and replacement options, even after the machine is out of warranty. May your grandmother enjoy discovering our Vertuo blends as she creates her new Nespresso coffee ritual.
