The reason I love mornings

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I was gifted my first Vertuo Pop Plus from my daughter--it is pink! I love it as the product paired with this machine equals amazing coffee. I am so happy with my Vertuo Pop Plus that I purchased two more as gifts! This is truly a fun product to gift forward.

Great size for a small apartment counter. Looks sleek. SO easy to use.
Wish the water container was larger. (Or larger ones available.) I love that it came with a sample pack so that I can start using it right away.
After the initial 7 min cleaning, it was so easy and quick. Placed a pod, and started brewing. Made a great looking coffee and of course, it tasted great! I immediately wanted another one. Loved that it was frothy and the experience was awesome.
Pod was easy to remove. Water was easy to replace.
I wish I had a choice in color selection, but I love how sleek the black looks. =)

If only if worked as good as it looks

Received this as a gift and I am very disappointed. It only works when it wants to. I have to open and close the lid over and over again and it may or may not work. Tried changing pods which didn't help. The majority of the time I just resort to making a cup of instant coffee. No one needs this kind of frustration first thing in the morning!
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

A coffee novice!

I lived over five decades as a non-coffee drinker, keeping a coffee maker on hand for my guests.
I recently acquired a taste for espresso in drinks and various recipes. This machine allows me to make espresso for me and allows coffee-dependent guests to get their "fix" of whatever drink they prefer. Easy to use. Everyone seems to love how they taste.
Overall, very happy - although I received it as a gift, and the color is most definitely not what I would have selected!
I would recommend this to a friend!
