[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought a machine to see what the hype was about. I can understand now! They give you a sample box so you can see what you like. The espresso has such good flavor and a smooth taste. Loving my purchase. 10/10

Just terrible

Have had this since November (2 Months) It is too loud, keeps going red , leaks coffee through back and not making coffee.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I absolutely love the coffee my new Vertuo Pop makes, but I bought it for my office and it is so loud. I considered returning it for another model but I purchased a coffee storage tray and silicone mat that reduced the noise enough.
I would recommend this to a friend!

We have noted your feedback regarding the noise made by your machine, and forwarded it on to the appropriate teams here for review. To reduce noise, we recommend running a weekly rinse cycle as well as descaling every 300 capsules or three months. Enjoy.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Bought Vertuo Pop plus and sleeve of Melozio for my cousin who just bought a new house. The experience of buying machine and coffee was quick and delightful, but more than that my cousin called me a few days later and said she is in love with her new machine, and she cannot drink any other coffee now. What would be a better testament for a great coffee made at home.
