I recently ordered the Vertuo Pop machine to replace my previous machine which I had for many years and loved.
I’m really very unhappy with the pop machine. Advertised as “compact” and while it is shorter it’s much wider than my last machine. The coffee tray is too small and my mugs have fallen off multiple times spilling coffee everywhere. While it makes coffee fine I’m very unhappy with it.

Bad, water accumulate in capsules holder.

I bought it on August, 2024. Bad. Leaking capsules holder and mold and bacteria accumulate in it. Ew...
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Thank you for your review, Swang. We understand your chalice collects water and you’ve experienced mold forming in areas of your machine. As part of your machine maintenance, we recommend flushing water through your machine without a capsule using the first-time use steps, at least once a week. This helps flush away any coffee granule buildup from the head of your machine. We also recommend releasing the used capsule into the used capsule chamber immediately after your capsule is brewed, use a damp sponge to wipe away any coffee residue from the rim and chalice, and empty the used capsule container a few times a week. We’re pleased to see you received assistance from one of our machine experts. If issues persist with water or coffee accumulating in the capsule chalice, please call our toll-free number 800-562-1465 to troubleshoot your machine. Love my Nespresso machine 🩷

I love my Nespresso! I have 1-2 in morning! MAGEEs a perfect cup each time! Voltesso is my favorite. Ordering pods is so simple and they cover within 3 days. They also give u gifts like a trial of a new flavor.

Wow. Constant problems. Making a cup of coffee has never been such a pain. Every morning for two weeks I've looked at this machine and asked "Are you going to make coffee this morning?" Sometimes it does and sometimes it doesn't. New capsules, two cups over the course of an hour and constant error messages. It was a gift, which makes it even worse. The latch on my previous coffeemaker broke, but guess what I've gone back too? Yes, holding the top down for three minutes while it brews. I used to have a Nespresso (older model) that worked fine but I gave a way when I moved. This one is awful.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

The Best Coffee Machine Ever!

When I purchased the Nespresso Vertuo coffee maker, I tried a variety of different flavors and they all tasted wonderful! I’m going to recommend this superb machine to friends.
