Not worth the money

I bought this last year and it’s not working it happened before i had to call and somehow they helped me descale but it’s again not working love the coffee but this particular coffee machine i don’t recommend
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Love this machine

My wife bought this for me when my school stopped making decaf. It is the perfect size to keep on my desk, quickly heats up, and brews me the same consistently delicious coffees I love at home. I could not be happier with it.

Loveeee my Nespresso! I tried for years to make a cup of coffee that I liked with a Keurig and just couldn't get it down. The very first Nespresso I poured, I fell in love. I usually make iced lattes and the voltesso is my favorite flavor to go for. My only complaint is that you have to have a shorter cup to go under the nozzle. My regular to go cups I would use are too tall so I have to stand there while it brews. Which is not a big deal because the Nespresso brews in like 15 seconds. Highly recommend!

Good value option for Nespresso machines

The Nespresso Vertuo is a huge step up from the original Nespresso machine which I use at home. I got the Vertuo for my office and I’m very pleased with the flavor and cream the machine produces. My main complaint is the apparatus for closing the top where you insert the capsule. My father has a Vertuo that has a small lever you press down on in order to trigger the machine to open/close it while this one requires manual closure via turning a lever which doesn’t always feel right to me. In addition, the height of the tray is a little too short for the mug I use (a yeti 24 oz tumbler which is 6.4” in height). Despite these limitations, I’m really impressed by this machine and would definitely recommend this, especially for the price range.

I’ve Had my machine about 6 months, I absolutely Love it! I used it as an espresso machine, i Don’t brew the coffee pods. When i brew my double espresso in the morning, I my house smells like a Starbucks! i love this machine. You cant beat the price. I also have the milk Frother, Which I I highly suggest if you plan on making a latte or any milk added drinks!
I had n issue with the machine not wanting to work about a month ago, But they sent out a new machine. I Don’t Know if i am crazy, But i think its producing a smidge less espresso than the previous machine…..
