This reformer meets my needs for a regular pilates workout. I added the box and pole to complete the set. Easy to put together. Love the jump board too. Only wish it had a foot strap. Please add that option for purchase Stamina!

I absolutely love my new pilates reformer! This is my first reformer. I am so.glad i made this purchase. After years of running and doing crossfit i was getting stiff and hurting even though i enjoyed doing those things it was taking a toll on my body no matter how much i stretched. This reformer has changed my life and i am getting more flexible than i ever have. Between the workouts on it or if i only have a little time to quickly do a few minutes of stretching i am loving it!!!

I upgraded from a 3 cord machine which I loved. The only reason I upgraded was I didn't like the way the cords were too close to my body when I was lying down. I wanted to be able to adjust the cord upward. The new machine is great except I don't find it moves as smoothly as my first machine. Other than that I love working out on this machine.

Wow!! I love it soooo much!! It’s fun so you keep going. It isn’t one of those workouts you dread. I have used mine every single day since I got it, and the results are amazing. I’m getting my lines back again. The defining lines of your muscles. Yep they finally starting to show again and I know it is because I’ve been on this machine every day.

It was easier to set up than I thought it would be!
I’m disappointed that I can’t play the 2 cd’s that we’re included. Wish I could download them on my iPad. I took Pilates lessons for years but have been out of it for a while now and I’m a bit rusty. Without having a “hands on” teacher with me I’m questioning my form constantly. Very frustrating to me and I haven’t used it as faithfully as I want to and need to.

The Pilates Reformer is really great! I think is the best exercise of my life! But use YouTube videos, as the DVD is really bad, sorry.
