Right now, I'm loving this! Since I can't get to a Pilates Studio, and most certainly cannot afford a professional Reformer, this is perfect. It was pretty easy to assemble, (I did it all by myself, a 62 year old woman) and I'm able to do most all of the exercises I was previously doing in class. I've done a few of the provided video workouts, which help you go through a full body routine. It's comfortable to sit on, and provides enough resistance for challenges. Lightweight and sturdy. Can't beat the price.

Easy to assemble. I’m 74 yes old and did it alone. Takes a few minutes but can be done. Wish the table folded because to store it you have to remove from the stand. Inconvenient but I have a room dedicated so not a big issue.
