I have worked out on my Reformer every day since I got it 2 weeks ago and I love it! It’s fun and a great workout. My stomach and arms already look better and my knees are more flexible following a meniscus injury months ago.

I haven’t been able to use this enough to rate it. I want to love this. I had high hopes for it. But my plantar fasciitis flared up. (Foot bar and maybe from bouncing too). I was hoping this would be great for it. I roll my feet on a foam roller and I stretch my calves 3 to 4 times per day. And ice when inflamed. I also see a podiatrist. It was healed until starting the Aeropilates reformer :(. I read somewhere that rebounding can help PF. I hope that is true. My piriformis muscle is also going into spasm (Maybe I just have to strengthen my core). I have been stretching my hip flexors a few times a day as well. I hope both get better so I can enjoy my reformer/rebounder and get a great work out without having pain after using it.

I have always loved to workout with different modalities including Pilates. After a back injury, I could no longer do high impact exercise or running so I decided to do Pilates and Yoga exclusively. I bought the reformer and for the last couple of months I've used it pretty much daily.

It was easier to set up than I thought it would be!
I’m disappointed that I can’t play the 2 cd’s that we’re included. Wish I could download them on my iPad. I took Pilates lessons for years but have been out of it for a while now and I’m a bit rusty. Without having a “hands on” teacher with me I’m questioning my form constantly. Very frustrating to me and I haven’t used it as faithfully as I want to and need to.
I’m disappointed that I can’t play the 2 cd’s that we’re included. Wish I could download them on my iPad. I took Pilates lessons for years but have been out of it for a while now and I’m a bit rusty. Wow!! I love it soooo much!! It’s fun so you keep going. It isn’t one of those workouts you dread. I have used mine every single day since I got it, and the results are amazing.
