The Best Exercise Equitment EVER

I have had this for a few years now. I must admit there were times I did not use it for a long stretch but when I did the results happened. I have gone from 275 to 155 pounds. I was diagnosed with Diabetes in 2012 and with the good diet and AeroPilates I have my blood sugar numbers under control and no longer need to take medication. I had both hips replaced last year I took the AeroPilates chart to my orthopedic surgeon he looked at the exercises and determined which ones to use a therapy thus avoiding Physical Therapist. I am now able to rebound again and look forward to getting the last 15 pounds the doctor wants gone off. My husband also uses our AeroPilates, he saw my results and started using it he is down 45 pounds. I love this machine so much I bought one for my Mom and one for my sister. If you want a comfortable effective way to exercise this is the machine for you.

My Pilates Reformer has given me new life! I love love love it and for the first time in years have found an exercise program that I'm eager to do every day and miss when I can't do it.

This is a top of the line folding reformer that you will love! It comes with the stand which is so helpful. You will love the light gray WIDER platform, which leaves room for wider hips or your arms. The extra head and neck pillow is wonderful and the new strap adjustment system is included and is the best yet! You will love having this in your home. I have dealt with years of pain in my knee and hip. I am pain free and have lost 3 pant sizes. You will love it!

the DVD format is really bad!

I dont understand why the DVD attached using BUP format? Not every PC has this software to access the DVD. It is not user-friendly at all. If you want your client to enjoy the DVD, please use common format to record your DVD. I suggest client download accessable DVD from your website.

The reformer is a good affordable option for home. I get the stretches I'm looking for and can certainly work my abs and arms. However the overall quality is a little low. I can to be careful with the reformer, make sure I use soft bounces otherwise the machine gets shaky and loud. The pulleys also make a lot of squeaky noises so if you want to speed up at all you really can't without again, the machine getting shaky and loud. I have to be a bit delicate and gentle with the machine.

Purchased Sept. 2016. After reading other reviewers, I anticipated easy setup. Not the case. Assembly took more than 5 hours. Would have been easier if photo of Aeropilates had been enclosed/attached on box. Had to Google for more detailed instructions. Be careful when getting off machine, especially is you have hypertension as I do. Occasionally I am dizzy when getting up from Aeropilates, even though I have stand. In summary, I am pleased with this piece of equipment and feel better after using it.
