I love having a reformer in my home. I visited an area and gym this fall where I could take 5-6 Pilates reformer classes a week. I couldn't believe the improvement in my core, my posture, my overall strength. I wanted to keep this up when I returned home, and a personal reformer was the only way. This was an excellent value, and it's perfectly functional and sturdy for home use by 1-2 people.

This reformer is a good starter reformer and a great reformer for older adults or anyone who has experienced changes in their movement, range of motion and flexibility. It is of good solid quality and will last when taken care of. It should not be kept for long periods of time in an area that is extremely hot (like a unventilated garage) due to some of the parts (like the track wheels, cushions, etc. ) will eventually dry rot, crack and/pr break/ breakdown. The only thing I would change is the tension. It would be so much better if it were spring tension rather than the bungee cord tension. Or at least offer an upgrade to replace with springs.
Other than that, it’s a really good product, especially for those new to reformer.
