It would be nice if you included the double straps instead of the gross fuzzy things. The carriage or sled of what ever arrived with a tear in the surface. Way too much styrofoam in the packaging.

It is NOT the industrial strength machine you would get at a gym, but we are very happy with the capabilities of this machine for home use. It was not too difficult to put together. If you can only buy one exercise machine, this may be the one to get since you can do so many exercises on it.
