The assembly was very easy (I am female, 55, and did by myself), and the machine works well. I also got the pull-up bar which is a nice feature for extra exercises. My only disappointment was that the straps do not have the clip adjustment I thought the 700 models had. Trying to adjust these straps is much more difficult and it is hard to get them even. Otherwise I am happy. I would recommend perhaps softer cushioning on the shoulder rests.

Easy to assemble. Problem with manufacture of metal support that creates noise when gliding on reformer. They suggested to return item to store, however due to COVID-19, the store will not take returns right now. Decided to keep unit and just deal with noise. Nothing we can do to fix problem

We were very impressed with the quality of the Aeropilates Cardio reformer. The DVDs that Came with the system are professional quality and explained the machine and provides workouts. We are thrilled to know we now have a way to continue the work outs we began in the gyms; and that has brought us a peace of mind. The Pilates Reformer is really great! I think is the best exercise of my life! But use YouTube videos, as the DVD is really bad, sorry.

I upgraded from a 3 cord machine which I loved. The only reason I upgraded was I didn't like the way the cords were too close to my body when I was lying down. I wanted to be able to adjust the cord upward. The new machine is great except I don't find it moves as smoothly as my first machine. Other than that I love working out on this machine.
