APP WONT WORK

Tried several times to contact the DYMO support and no response. Since we updated the DYMO CONNECT, nothing works. We can't reload the new app from the web site. OS CATALINA 10,15. We tried 10000 times and had the same message, that something went wrong.

Unfortunately, macOS Catalina (10.15) is not compatible with the latest version of DYMO Connect. To resolve this issue, we recommend downloading DYMO Connect version 1.4.3, which is designed to work with your operating system.

Recent update made it unusable

Since latest update the printer is adding 2 trailing zeros to the end of the barcode number making the labels unusable. Please update and fix.

Not good

Setting up is easy but the software program itself is terrible and not user friendly. Previous software applications have been way easier to save and create new labels.

The Dymo IT people have totally destroyed a product that used to be reliable and simple to use. Find another vendor and save yourself immense grief and hassle.

Great for the business

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The print quality is perfect on this. It’s pretty fast that printing what you need. It’s not loud at all and it’s the perfect size. It connects very easily. My son has it. He uses it for his business.

Auto Text Sizing for Print

I purchased the DYMO 550 a few weeks ago, and I have to say using the software has been a frustrating experience. I've been trying to add text to the label box for printing and it hasn't worked all that well. It cuts out most of the text when printing and doesn't automatically size the text to the label for printing, the product is useless at present. Is there a way to sort this problem?
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Be cautious

Started out really loving the printer it was just what I was looking for but only had a month and now giving me big issues started out by not recognizing the printer was even there uninstalled reinstalled still not working. Tried everything that they had mentioned in their help desk to get it going again and not having any luck will change to five stars if they can help me get it going again!!!
