Easy to Install for average DIYer

I am fairly comfortable doing electrical wiring so this was a breeze to install. No special HVAC tools needed! I was quoted 4 times the cost of this unit for a pro to install a similar unit. Mr Cool delivers more features and I saved a fortune!

Great unit and OUTSTANDING Customer Service!
Bought this for a detached workshop and worked really well for first month +. Cooled the area down quickly and very straightforward DIY installation. Had a loss of cooling and enjoyed great communication from Customer Service who walked me through some potential problems and when none worked, another unit was sent no questions. New one was a quick install and works perfectly. Very happy! Thanks Mr. Cool!

This is the best investment I could have made living here in the south. I am very pleased with the features this unit was created with. I use the Sleep feature every night to save on the electric bill and speaking of electric bill mine has dropped substantially since putting this unit in, very efficient. As long as you think through what you are about to do it installs beautifully. The Remote has every choice for your comfort that you could imagine. I am very pleased.

Works great once factory mis-wiring corrected

Easy installation and hook up however terminal block mis-wired from factory. After a couple of discussions with tech support( who were great) got wiring corrected and unit fired right up.
