I don't want the newest update. 2 of my family members got it and it changed everything on their phones. I used to write software, so I know it isn't necessary.

I went into the flagship ultra line because the S25 Ultra Carried with it incredible specs compared to the plus and standard lineup's. Alas, I was met with an overpriced flagship that can't keep up with it's predecessors in terms of Camera functionality and system stability. I'm sure that the bugs will be fixed in the future, however, compared to its competition, the S25 Ultra falls short on its image post processing. System volume through Bluetooth is also not for the hearing impaired as it's incredibly quiet through any headphones or Car radio connected to it. I think I may return to view my options to switch out of this phone as it's incredibly disappointing for how little I got for my money. Not to mention Samsung removing the shutter functionality on the S-Pen is kind of a deal breaker for this device as even the AI is limited and doesn't showcase much. When a previous gen has better image processing than the latest and Greatest tech. What worse is that Samsung doesn't seem to really care for addressing the issues in systems that their consumers use most as the camera issues seem to be an ongoing issue. I think Samsung should check their competitors software and learn a thing or two.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

I've never seen new products have such a poor battery life. From the first full charge the brand new phone and watch don't stay charged as long as my 5-year old phone and watch which is absolutely wild and has made me reconsider if this was a good choice and if I will continue buying these products. Even barely using my phone, it dies so quickly, I'm now a two phone person so that I can use my old phone when I need to and the new one is just there if I get a text or call, I'm excited to use it on vacation for photos but I'm worried it won't last long once I start taking pictures, god forbid i need it for navigating. Pretty frustrating. It's too bad I can't use my old watch to track the health apps because it's battery is better too even though it's old.

I went from note10 to this and I couldn't be more unhappy. They added 100x zoom and removed tons of great features. This thing is almost useless. The s-pen is fully useless now. The button has no purpose. The camera lost almost all functions. There is no copy memory for pasting. Tha autocorrect is extremely annoying and doesn't help at all like it use to. I cannot view thousands of pictures and videos that were taken with the 5 ansmd 10. It refuses to keep wifi off. I have to turn it off several times per day. I now have to press enter after entering my pin to unlock screen. The thumb print works if my thumb isn't clean, moist, hot, cold, dry or dirty. I cannot preview messages before unlocking screen. There is no card slots. With a decent case, the side bar is nearly impossible to access. The front camera view is narrow and the one adjustment makes almost no difference. Atleast 10% of messages don't go through. Cross compatibility with onedrive is awkward and there is no way to backup there. Only sync which brings a whole new set of issues. Calls often drop while on hold. It deletes the last several words from onenote when app is closed. If I zoom in on the moon, it snaps in a google pic of the moon. Talk to text is impossible and it always spells out all punctuations. Sharing things is several more steps now. 5G is 1/4 the speed 4G was. Pages take several seconds to load or download images and video. I have AT&T unlimited and it was always fast with previous phones. So we traded all that and more for 100x zoom that lies to us. This thing is a disgrace for Samsung.
