Blue screen, no return exchange.

I just get my Z FLOD 6 lastFriday, last night I was reding some google news baout politics and the President, suddenly I got a blue screen with nothing on it, just A ''X in the upper left corner, them I can hear two AI talking one on top of each other (like two radio stations in one dial) talling me to unlock the screen to be able to power off (I was pushing the power button to turn phone of but was imposible) I can't unlock the screen because it was not responding at all to mi touch, the keys in the button sometime appear but also no working at all . I takes my like half hour to be able to power off using the volume and power keys. A very strange issue. see video attached (not able to download in this page). I called Sansung support to request device, they say I have to return this one and purchase another one. I ask, what about my data in this phone, if return this one I dont' have another phone to transfer my data.I was waiting for them to send me another phone, transfer my data, and return the other one. Samsung "SUPPORT" DON'T GIVE ME THAT OPTION. I have to return the phone and buy another one. I will loose my data. So there is no return exchange for a 5-DAY ALL-NEW PHONE.
