Does the job when needed

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I am not a big phone user as a retired person but when I want to set a quick timer when cooking, call a friend when landline is busy or play a quick game while waiting for someone it is easy and dependable. I can't ask for more than that. And it also allows me to track.my health on my Galaxy watch which as a senior citizen is important. To know I always have access is a comfort and a necessity for which I'm grateful and more useful than a single use alert device. It's a welcome device for older folks as well as youngsters and Samsung has been my choice for many years for electronics. I have had several iterations of the Galaxy watches and phones and still.use my original tablet from many years ago because Samsung is that reliable. I'm have also had several Samsung computer monitors through the years as I prefer a desktop.computer for the added visual space. I will always be Samsung loyal.

Feature rich and reliable with an awesome camera

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I replaced my Galaxy S22+ with a Galaxy S25+ and it has been smooth sailing. From the easy migration to Galaxy AI built in, I have enjoyed this device. We just migrated my wife off of her old device to a Galaxy S25+ and she loves her's too!

Phone itself is a little slow

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The ai in the software is very intuitive and can help with any questions which makes it a very nice feature!!! The S25+ is a little slow for some reason it didn't seem to be that way when I first got it and I have more than ample hard drive space so not sure what it could be!!!! All in all it is a good phone i would recommend it

With new phones coming out every year, I will update my older phone to the new phone, making it my main account and the present phone my backup. The privacy feature on the newest phone had me at hello.

Love my phone

Very user friendly and fairly durable, I've accidentally dropped them and havent had any cracked screens (though dont purposefully drop it lol) I have fun with the Gemini feature and have used it to make photos more fun. I'll continue to get galaxy phones

S25plus Most Disappointing

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Google Messages is really inconvenient to use. Unlike my previously owned Galaxy phones, you cant access your Favorite Contacts, like you can when using the Phone app.
In order the access your Favorite Contacts if you are send a Message, you must click on The Contacts Icon, select you Favorite contact, open it up, then select the Message Icon. OR, you can select the Message Icon, then type in the name or phone number of your Favorite. Google, thank you for making a SIMPLE action so tedious.
AI has made Messages chaotic.
