Batteries don’t last

I love my weed eater, but the batteries die too quick. I now have 4 batteries, bought and extra when I bought the weed eater, then bought 2 new ones this year, thinking the 2 year old batteries were worn down. The new batteries do not last any longer.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Do not buy this product

As mentioned before in some if the reviews. The battery last around 15 minutes, when fully charge and it takes hours to fully re-charge.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Battery and charger sub standard

the drill works well, but I can't use it because the charger and battery initially gave me about 15 minutes of charge, and shortly thereafter gave me nothing. never getting another B & D portable tool.

Poor battery power, long charging time, short life

I have a few older B&D batteries that still hold a charge and recharge well after 10 years. This battery never lasted more than 20 minutes, took a long time to charge, and died completely after only 1 year. Very poor product as judging by the other reviews mine was not unusual.

Never able to use new product because battery chrg

Purchased a new sealed in the box B&D weed whacked and the battery provided would not charge period, at all. Could never even use it or try it out . Disappointed in a previously reputable brand.

Capacity too low for high oric.

Far, far too expensive for a tiny 1.5 Ah battery. This thing is next to useless if you’re actually trying to use the drill.
Definitely intentional to make us buy additional batteries. Poor and unsustainable way to do business.

Great Tool. Poor battery

Bought the Black and Decker Tiller with this battery. The tiller is great but the battery is terrible. I have owned it for less than two months and the battery now lasts less than 10 minutes.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Brand new batteries--both of them--will not charge

I just opened the box of a new Black and Decker String Trimmer. Opened box today. Two batteries. Neither of them will charge! I get a flashing read light on both of these BRAND NEW BATTERIES!!!
