Batteries a no-go

Battery life really plummets after a few cycles. Bought an extra battery so I wouldn't run into the issue of not having enough juice. Now, I'm stuck with a string trimmer with barely functioning batteries. Should have bought the corded version of my string trimmer. Stay away from the batteries.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Inferior battery

I bought my mother a handheld small screwdriver that uses this battery. It charged one time and has never been able to be charged again very disappointed and black and Decker has been of no help to replace this inferior battery.

Faulty Battery

I purchased the B&D hedge trimmer with this battery from a local Seattle store and had to return it because the battery would not charge after over 12 hours of trying to charge it. The blinking red light never went off.
They shop gave me the exact same model hedge trimmer with the same battery. After over 12 hours of charging, it is having the same problem that the first battery did.
At this point, I cannot use my new hedge trimmer because the battery is faulty.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
