I love the Lifepro Shredforce! I love the workout I get with it. I can easily adjust the resistance. The results are amazing. I really feel like I've had a good workout.
I have a OYO but the highest weight is nowhere what I can get from the Shredforce.

After using it I went to up the level, and now it won’t go back to the lower levels. Seems to be no way to release the pressure.
