I am in my sixties and have gone from a level 2 to level 4 in two weeks. I really like constant resistance and the counter and the different ways in can be used.

Haven't had time to really work with this yet. Looks well built and should make a good enhancement to my work-outs. Gave it 4 stars instead of 5 because I really try it out.
