i have not worked out in a while and was worried about using this. honestly it feels good when using it. i can feel it pushing me to get stronger as i use it everyday!

I just recieved the shredforce and it was packed decent, no issues. I tried it on level 2 the lowest and that should be enough for awhile as it is. I haven't worked out in sone time but doing 20 reps of 3 chest exercises and I feel it right away. It might just become my new healthy addiction.

I love this thing. It really does work well and has some serious tension settings. It's great to have something I can use for my chest that's so small! It seems pretty good for shoulders also and decent for arms in a pinch. I look forward to lots of time using it. I hope it lasts, it seems made really really well!
