Doesn’t work

I think the hydraulic mechanism doesn’t work. There is little to no resistance, even on the highest setting. I’m not that strong.

I’m 53 and looking for simple ways to enhance my workout. The shredforce is great for so many reasons. It’s not a large piece of equipment, so travels well. I can have it available at my desk at work, to use anytime, which has had a positive impact on my fitness. Well made and easy to use and figure out.

So far, so good. I just started using it to help tone up my arms and back. I use it after my workout while standing on the vibration plate. I love the multiple levels of resistance.

At 84 years of age, this is the absolute best exercise product I’ve ever used. Obviously I don’t use the strongest resistance but the level I need is available by the twist of the pressure regulator. A GREAT design that will last!
