Hey, I'm a very new customer and had my reservations about gimmicky workout machines but on my first day I'm already feeling that good burn in my chest. And it comes with a lifetime warranty, you can't beat that. Thanks Lifepro!

The Lifepro "Chest & Arm Twister" is the prefect devise for helping me achieve my training goals. It can be used as a warm up or as the main instrument in getting a good upper body work out. I keep it handy so I can perform a quick set or two.

Very effective upper body workout device

The shredforce chest and arm twister is a very effective upper body workout device it a very small package. The hydraulic function better imitates free weight use than the spring things and bands. Nice engineering job.

Pleasantly surprised with the workout achieved with the Shredforce Hydraulic Power Chest Expander and Arm Twister. The various resistance levels keep the exercises challenging. I use this piece of equipment between commercials on rest days.

An Old guy notices the future

My son first showed me this product. I messed around with it and could see the immediate benefits. He, of course, had it dialed up to a much higher level than I could think of. After turning it down to old dude level I messed around with it. Upon returning home I immediately sat down and ordered this great exercise equipment. Exercise is only helpful if you do it, with lifepro exercise is fun. I don't have to show off at the gyn and try weight I should not be around. I do this while sitting watching TV and moved on to specific times for it. I love this incredible machine that will keep me from the old folk's home. Thank You
