I bought this product on a whim after seeing it promoted on TikTok and I'm absolutely glad I did. I've been using it for about a week and have noticed definition and growth in my chest, back, and arms. The product is made with great quality. Right off the bat you can feel your muscles engage when using the product. I love the dial for increased intensity and the grip handles are great. Overall, great product with a lot of versatility. It's a great addition to incorporate in any workout.

Bought this Shredforce Chest & Arm Twister because I needed to build upper body strength and couldn't get to the gym as often. I just received the package and can't wait to use it and see results. Equipment is of good quality and quite sturdy for the price!!!!

Best exercise resistant device

The shred force exerciser works great for me and my wife. It is well made and easy to adjust resistance levels. It is designed to be used in multiple arm positions for different muscle groups, including chest shoulder back and arms. I would recommend it to anybody, including senior citizens for muscle strengthening and conditioning. With a lifetime warranty I am assured longevity as I have experienced with multiple Lifepro products.
