Received the product in a very timely fashion and it is exactly as advertised. There is no set up. Just take it out of the box and start using it. Looking forward to seeing the results of using it in a few months!

I just received my Shredforce Chest & Arm Twister literally 10 minutes ago. I did the three exercises I saw demonstrated in a video and my arms are quite fatigued afterward. That is a great workout. I highly recommend the machine. It so far, appears to be of great quality. It is heavier than I thought it would be which quite often means there is quality in craftmanship. I'll send another feedback after I have used the machine for week or so.
