This product works great. It gets muscles that are typically difficult to engage in regular workouts. Strong resistance, easy to use.

Revived my Arm Chest shredder, Love it! has different resistance settings works great on my first try I did 80 reps on level 4 going to work my way up!! Highly Recommmend

Just received my shredforce lifepro. I'm now recovering from a medical life event and given Release to being a serious exercise program, with stage features on this piece of equipment I'll be able to make steady progress ? . Thank you
