Easiest and quickest chest pump!

You can feel it working the first set. The burn in your chest is awesome. I have a very difficult time finding chest exercises that don’t get taken over by my front delts, but this arm twister targets my chest insanely well. The rep counter is a little finicky but I count my reps in my head anyways. It always clears out automatically between sets though which is great.
I highly recommend this product if you’re looking to work your chest and shoulders.

Well built. I did notice the counter doesn’t turn off with the on off button just resets. Tried it out and definitely gives an arm workout.
