I just received mine and have already used it! Works great. One thing I’m not sure about is the rep counter won’t turn off. The button resets the reps but doesn’t turn it off.

Shredforce chest and arm twister

Just got and gave a run at level 4. Good resistance and no way am I getting level 20 closed. I did 34 reps using upper mid lower pec, upper back and shoulder and bicep tricep. I can feel how weak my muscles have atrophied over the years after cancer surgery. Will be starting a workout plan soon.

Great Inner chest workout
