Awesome & Convenient Chest / Arms Workout

Simple to use, yet very effective. Due to shoulder replacement on torn labrums on both shoulders, I haven't been able to use traditional gym equipment, but with this shredforce chest and arm twister, I have increased my chest and arm strength and flexibility in just a matter of 4 weeks!

After receiving my package I assumed I would have to assemble it. Not at all. Just removed the clip and it was ready to go. I'm a beginner so I started out at that level and I can honestly say I felt a satisfying burn in my arms and chest. This product in my opinion is money well spent. I'm happy with this. It's not bulky. And takes up no space.I love the fact I can get exercise in even after working 14hr days.
