I increased the level of resistance and one of the arms has already bent out of place. Not very durable

User friendly, but still gives a good workout

This thing has a lot of power and resistance options, keeps track of my reps and can be used in different configurations to get a full upper body workout. I'm impressed. I'll be using this instead of my fidget toys while sitting and working from home.
